1. Usage:

Vertical Hardening Machine Tool is used to improve production method, productive efficiency and product quality; lower down work force cost and electricity cost by displacing the labor with equipment.

2.Principle：

Vertical Induction Hardening Machine Tool adopt with Servo system to position, with IGBT induction heating power to hardening the work piece.

3. Working process

Start→ feeding by manual→auto heating and hardening→discharge by manual→enter material case

4. Working range and work efficiency

   A: This machine is used for steel bar hardening heat treatment;

   B: Steel rod diameter range:Φ15-100(customized);

   C: Steel rod length rang: 30-1500mm;

   D: Bottom size: 1000*1000mm

   E: Hardening depth:1-2mm

   F: Efficiency: about 5 seconds per piece accordingly

5. Structure diagram and description

1) Main machine frame is made of national standard polished material, and stainless steel and alloy materials.

2)Servo system：Working parts adopt with servomotor, rotating parts adopt adjustable motor, to protect the precision and the usage life of the machine.

3) Pneumatic part: all parts are made in Taiwan.

4) Induction power for hardening works:
 

   4.1 Hardening induction heating power: BJ-100AB (100KW, 30-80Khz) IGBT model;

6) Industrial water cooling system: 5HP water cooling chiller--- two sets(one unit for induction generator uniting; and other unit for cooling liquid cooling system):

Vertical Induction Hardening Machine Service and Installation as below

1) Warranty time: one year for the main machine parts under correct usage condition. Free to delivery the damage parts under correct usage condition.

2) After one year service and repair will need to pay the part cost and delivery.

3）Free to offer assemble and testing guide on-line by videos and photos.

4) Commissioning and training on customer’ factory needed, customer should pay for the airline ticket cost and living conditions.
